Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a key or an access code — add it to the booking notes and your cleaner will take it from there.
What does the price include?
Everything shown at checkout: the clean, tax, and any discount you are entitled to. There are no call-out surprises on the day.
Can I choose my cleaner?
Yes. After you pick a time you will see the cleaners free then, with their ratings and reviews — or let us match you with the best one available.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Do it from your account or the link in your confirmation email. Prepaid package visits come back to you when a booking is cancelled.
